Creating works for children is like eating tasty candies.

Born: August 21, 1984, Kaunas, Lithuania.

She studied at Kaunas Martinaitis Art School, graduated from Vilnius Academy of Arts, Department of Photography and Media (MA in Audiovisual Arts).

Since 2010 she is student of art education at the Art Education Centre of Vilnius Academy of Arts.

2008 The Most Beautiful Lithuanian Books Competition Award for the book The History of Lithuania (Lietuvos istorija), Vilnius, Lithuania.

2009 The Most Beautiful Lithuanian Books Competition Award for the book Once (Vieną kartą), Vilnius, Lithuania.

2010 The book A Starred Horse and a Panda (Žvaigždėtas arkliukas ir meškiukas panda) was recognised by the Lithuanian Section of IBBY as the most artistic children’s book of 2010.
